Equipment Hire Terms & Conditions
1. Prices: All prices are exclusive of GST and cartage, unless indicated. Prices are for duration of exhibitions not exceeding 7 days.
2. Orders: Payment must be received at Exhibition Co System 14 days prior to exhibition. Should we not receive payment your order will not be delivered to your stand.
3. Late orders: A late order after the due date stated on the exhibition form will incur a $30 late fee. Furniture ordered on site, will be charged an additional fee.
4. Delivery: All equipment will be delivered by Exhibition Co. Cartage rates apply to delivery in the Sydney metropolitan area. Deliveries outside normal delivery time will be subject to additional charges.
5. Pick up: All hire goods must be available for the pick up immediately after the exhibition. Exhibition Co System is not responsible for any goods left on site after close of the exhibition.
6. Cancellation: All equipment cancelled after delivery will be charged at 100% (rate) + cartage. Goods cancelled 48 hours prior to the exhibition will be charged at 50 % of full rate.
7. Claims: Claims about the quality off the goods, missing or damaged item must be made immediately. We will consider claims made within 2 hours of the opening show 8. Credit card fees: Credit card orders in excess of $2000 will incur a 3% surcharge
